Introduction
HL offers the four-semester Master of Commerce course with specialization in Accountancy. The course serves the needs of industry as well as prepares students for taking up research and teaching commerce subjects. The past students are well placed in business, academics and administration in the country and abroad. The classes are held in the evening timings from 4.30 pm onwards.

Admission Procedure
HL follows the admission guidelines as declared by the Gujarat University from time to time. Admissions to Semester I (M Com) are centralized at the Gujarat University and begin after declaration of Gujarat University Semester VI results.

NOTE:
In case a student wants to discontinue his/her admission/study at the college, he/she may apply for a “No Objection Certificate” (N. O. C.) from the college.
However, once a No Objection Certificate is issued, the admission of the student will be automatically cancelled and neither the No Objection Certificate nor the admission can be revoked under any circumstances.
